Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Queensland: 1-3 business days
- New South Wales, Victoria & ACT: 2-5 business days
- South Australia & Tasmania: 3-6 business days
- Western Australia & Northern Territory: 5-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
All items are securely packaged to help protect collectible packaging during transit. While we take every precaution, minor wear caused during shipping cannot always be prevented.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
International Shipping Notice
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and processing, which can result in additional delivery time. BenzVendz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border security, or local postal services once the parcel has left Australia.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address information.
Important Notes
Delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays.
If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, the courier or postal service may leave a collection notice, arrange redelivery, or leave the parcel in accordance with their delivery policy.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, transport disruptions, or courier operational issues may occasionally result in delays. If this occurs, we will keep you informed whenever possible.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated shipping address.
