Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

All items are carefully packaged to protect your collectibles during transit. Hot Wheels and diecast items are bubble-wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
